do you think there is any legal issue about this domain yahoo-inc.ws and yohoo.ws?

whats your suggestions ?

Yahoo-inc.ws is a C&D waiting to happen. Yohoo.ws would be ok as long as the site has nothing to do with Yahoo or Search.

or what should i do if not ? Should I delete yahoo-inc.ws ?

Technically, you should pull it off of SEDO, you are clearly demostrating bad faith. You may be able to sell it and get away with it, but it's a personal choice of risk/reward.
