Any idea about this ebook for driving traffic to parked domains

I saw an ebook auction on ebay teaching how to drive traffic to parked domains. Anyone has experience about this book or strategy? I don't know why I can't post the link here. As far as I know all the parking companies ban driving traffic to parked domains. Sounds like a sure way to get banned.

My simple free advice on how to drive tons of traffic to your website.

Try parked.com and start a low CPC adwords campaign for a high CPC domain keyword. You may probably even hit the $ 5000 mark if you do your homework well.
