As is now, I would say low to mid xx, all depending on who you sell it to offcourse, low xx goes for resell value, here for example.

Im not sure how much you have been offered, but if its above this you might consider taking it, as you haveto wait a good while before you will see the value go up, but if you have a year or two, then hold .
