By your messages I think you are staying on home page and then clicking on deals center at the time of deal goes live....
You can stay on deals center page and just refresh the page just when there is 5/6 seconds left....

That being said it still can't be guaranteed...many factors like time of the day...your connection speed etc...
I was able to get .net but for .com I clicked but it is sold out very quickly...

well around 2-3 months we will see another chaotic situation in here where seller didnt put statement about the surcharge and the buyer didnt want to pay surcharge, in the end it could be ended tragically by bad red rating review left by each other LOL

sold minimum 200 domains (2%) at minimum price 500$, seller pay $30 transfer out fee along with the renewal, so it will earn $470 profit times 200 equal to $94000, damn!!!! it was 89K pure profit!!!! LOL

now we could see what @Peggy Rosenberg targeting by register large number of domains.....

I tried different browsers. Im not worried. I was trying to get a transfer code, not trying for the deals. I can wait.

The transfer code is coming up again the top of the coming hour if you want to try to resolve it before then.
I have used Namecheap extensively for years (over 100 domains registered there) and never got a problem like that. So you can't log in to your Namecheap account at all? This is obvious I know, but many people I help that have pw issues are related to caps lock being down by accident. Just suggesting it in case any chance that is solution.

By the way, I notice that now that we are into repeats the coupons are sticking around for longer, so those with delay/captcha issues may be able to get in the next time. The coming coupons are;

• 12 pm com/net/org transfer for $3.88
• 1 pm com or me new registration for $0.88 (privacy included free forever at Namecheap)
• 2 pm tech or cloud new registration for $0.88

All times are EST. You can only get one identical coupon, so if you already took one of these in an earlier time period in CyberMonday promotion it will give you an error.

I think they are following the same schedule as on Black Friday. If so, the transfer deal will be back at 7PM EST.
