enom's $1.98 deal still seems to be working fine, even if you don't have a reseller account. No code needed, but the discount only appears when the domains are in your cart, and the account default settings add whois protection at a fee, so you need to remove that to get the $1.99 The sale will end at midnight Pacific time on Wednesday, according to a support person I asked.
