This program need for .NET Framework 2.0 (On Windows Vista it is already installed).
Download and install the 2.0 or later version of the framework from the Microsoft web site.

1. No, You can see all available domains:
You must select letter (A - Z) in PANEL under Filter (Title "Select First Letter of Domain LLLL.net")
2. If You don't see any domains - select right filter and press "Filter" button.
(You must select "All" for comboboxes if You see nothing Or (And) clear text box with letters filter)
