question Alibabacloud domain registration cost with US bank issued visa/master CC

Does anyone have experience with this? There is .xyz promo of $0.99 but don't know if there will be foreign transaction cost for the US corp issues visa/mastercard cc. is there anything else to be aware of when registering the domain with them. Are they quite reliable? Thanks.

I used Pakistan bank issued visa debit card and was not charged anything extra. Just $0.99 (I was charged in local currency after conversion) for .xyz domain.
