I wonder if anyone have tried or see if it's not against Google or MSN, yahoo...( overture) TOS to advertise a domain name that is parked on SEDO or Elsewhere.

See I was thinking selleing a domain name to a specific niche ex:
Fishing bass (ex: will pick this keyword in adword or overture)
Advertise my domain name as follow with adsense or overture (this is an example and not a real domain name):

myfishingbassdomain.com
This domain name
is for sale
Blah Bla bla
www....com

Any suggestions? Also Sedo have ads on parking page so maybe redirect to Sedo make offer page will not go against their TOS?

Ah, I've seen a thread on this before, but can't find it. I think someone reported doing this, but using the SEDO affiliate program and promoting other names. Of course, you could just promote your own and use your affiliate id and get a cut of the fees.

I'll post or PM the old thread if I can dig it up.

Thanks but I really want to know if I can do it I don't want to get banned with Google adwords.

Google's not going to care. You just have to use www.sedo.com as your display url. No ban risk - worst case, they price the keywords out of your range and you lose money or your ads never run.

It's against SEDO's TOS to buy PPC traffic to parked pages so you have to make sure that the Adwords ads goes to the domain info page on SEDO.com and not your own parked page (with the ads on)..

From the SEDO TOS:
Domain owner may not re-direct traffic to their parked domain name. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, traffic redirected from other domain names, traffic originating from advertising and purchased traffic such as pop-under or exit traffic. Each domain name must be parked separately.
