Any other suggestions about the pros and cons. I must say that I don't like the fine print on most of these places.

The best place to sell your domains is on your own landers(/website). Theirs no BS from any of these 3rd party sellers to contend with. Or their high commissions. Of all those mentioned above, Efty comes closest to your own landers, at a very reasonable, small cost. And they look great too. With no commissions. That would be my highly recommended, unequivocal, 1st choice, from your list.
