TM issues will depend on what the site is used for. Profiting from Google's Adsense trademark will likely cause the owner to lose the domain. AdsenseClick sounds like the owner is benefiting from the Adsense TM. I personally wouldnt buy it.

i'd say 2-5 yrs.......with good behavior maybe u get out after 9 months....

As for the use - I'm parking it @ NameDrive (and not with Adsense... LOL) - and there is some traffic... (not something worth mentioning).

Tread carefully and you could end up with a nice sale - If it was me I would sell privately and keep it quiet. Pretty quickly as the cat is now out of the bag so to speak
