Mega.co is missing from your list.
We sold it for $60,000 back in 2013.
Some very good domains, and even with one sale, you could theoretically recoup your investment for all 18 domains together. E.g. Leaf/./co sold for $89k and I think some of the names on this list are better and more versatile than Leaf/./co.
That said, it also shows a very different story:
1. Those individuals/companies that sold these domains did not see the same value and were apparently happy/willing to sell them for much less than they are valued by an experienced investor.
2. Some individuals/companies made significant (5 figure) losses with some of these names as they might not have the skills or patience to wait for the 'right' buyer/opportunity.
It shows how complex domaining can be...
So these are ccTLD assigned to Colombia. I think the possibilities aren't endless but you do have some sweet keywords attached to this ccTLD.
There is a handful in my opinion that isn't worth anything. But there are a few that can be seen as serious gems to someone wanting to develop an international brand, merger, or Colombian business of some sort.
You could kill the game with a few of these if you aim correctly.
I have owned Amish.co since the beginning of its registration.
thanks for your sharing
What end users does.co fit into
Very nice congrats!
Thank you each and everyone for your time, feedback and well wishes which is highly appreciated
Yeah, Internet.CO had such high asking price earlier.
Some were bulk purchases and even 3L .CO list was privately acquired and those were almost a bulk deal.
I've sold a good amount of .CO sales to date by always having less than 100 domains until I acquired the recent domains shared in this post.
Some of my past sales are:
Thanks for sharing and that's one great sale for sure considering you sold in 2013!
Thanks for your analysis which is interesting and valuable.
Anyone and everyone as far as the .CO domain is a quality one. I've seen .CO endusers are from all parts of the world
I own my first name in .co and have since the extension launched and I don't think I could let it go, though I have had offers on it of 5 figures.
I also have maq///co, not the best letters but it was a url shortener for one of my sites and that's about it for me in .co.
I'd give my right arm for just two of those domains of yours... I'll take finance and news if you're up for a trade. Could be messy though...
Brilliant acquisitions! Its possible just because of experienced negociation skills & trust factor. All names are awesome, News.co is king in all, IMO.
Best of luck for all of them!
you got from 1 seller only or how many?
PS: I have a list of CO if you're still interested in https://www.namepros.com/threads/zibet-reded-onery-sawer-tubei-lardy-co-names.1198345/
Congratulations Basit, nice acquisitions.
My favorite shortlists above. Internet / Hosting / Merchant are THE BEST.
A simple and short reply for those .co names
Very few sellers in total.
Was recently offered $xxxx (less than $5k) for Restructured.co :D I said NO!
Shrewd investment @AbdulBasit.com , congrats.
Does the fact whether .com version of your domains are being used or offered for sale will impact your approach when determining the asking price for specific domains?
No, not at all. IMO, such strong keywords don't really need such factor to be considered while pricing the domain.
Wow, Excellent .co portfolio Abdul bhai. Congrats on your acquisitions!
you basically acquired the portfolio for the price of one good sale from these premiums
.co sales were strong during 2020
I do not do .co names, but those are some of the most valuable .co names I have seen in a long time. I am sure selling even one of those names to the right end-user will pay for all of the acquisition costs, and it will be a very profitable venture for you.
Very nice, and GL!
Beautiful, top-end names in that extension.
Hai Abdul its category killer portfolio you have , what do you think about my MaxiDress.co
Great domains all suited for the .co extension .
gd buy changed nothing.
co was doing good for longtime... is doing good...and will continue to do good.. it's an amazing seller for domainers.
Separate names with a comma.
