About trademark issue

Suppose my domain name is dzkzl.com
And dz,dzk,dzkz are all words trademarked.
Am I infringing trademark?

I also have a question about trademarks. If I go to trademarkia or trademark247 and type in a name I'm thinking of regging and it comes up nothing found and this name is available to trademark, is that it ? There's no trademark and I can reg it ?

Yes if it is not a common word but an inventive or distinctive mark. Then UDRP / Domain Name Dispute Policy covers such cases as well.

Otherwise if it is a common word and as long as you can show use in a different field altogther, there would rarely be any issue.

Yes it is mostly true, but additionally you should do a Google search as well, to see that there is nothing very similar mark in use. Like sometimes there could be different of a single letter, say 'a' replaced with 'e' in a mark...
