if you want to run a script without refreshing and want to hide it on the page you can use this iframe, just make the rows, cols equal to zero.

How can i make my menu were someone can click the link and tha Iframe will just change to that page. How can i do this? Hope you understand what im talking about.

just create an iframe and dont forget to put a name on it. and on the link, put this target="name of the iframe here" . it should load the page on the target iframe.
