domain A Small "GEO<Keyword>.com" Experiment - LasVegasAlliance

Inspired by this thread (https://www.namepros.com/threads/namepros-reported-outbound-sales-of-2018-analysis.1117029/), I thought of doing my own little experiment with Geo<Keyword>.com names by registering about 40 of them, for most popular US cities (LosAngeles, LasVegas and NewYork). I am sure I would be marketing only a select few of these, leaving the rest to their fate, listed at Undeveloped and Afternic at variable prices $2500-$4588. The names are listed below, I would submit update once I break-even on my $280 investment. Let me know what you think, which ones are the best ones.

I own and have sold many GEO domains in almost every field.

I could see some of these leading to sales eventually, but with limited investment in I feel like the odds of making a good return are probably more likely if you priced them in a $1000 - $2000 price range.

Depending on the traffic, I will reprice them lower after 6 months.

I like LasVegasEngineering, but then again, I am not a GEO expert.

price them at $280 USD net after commission

when 1 is sold
reprice them at $488 USD

add another $200 USD when another sold

and don't renew them
in case you sell none

In this week, I will do outbound for them. Let's see what comes up as result.

Price these 3 at $399 each and outbound on them, I am quite sure you will make your investment back.

I'd suggest you to put that price as BIN on DAN so that the buyer gets to see same price if and when they type the name in their browser.
