😅 I have no motives. I have had posts removed that lays out my position. I will repeat with other words.

The burden of proof is not on him to prove its not stolen. Everyone should refrain from attacking a domain, and its owners, until all facts are submitted and judged appropriately.

Its just not right. There's no justification at this point. Please supply the facts.

    Looking forward to your findings.

Do you do any due diligence before purchasing domains?

When you find a red flag, do you disregard any concern if the reward is greater than the risk?

So while I imagine you might try to discredit Acroplex/MxDominos as not being an authority. There is more out there if you read, contact others, and/or perform due diligence of your own. Acroplex has a looong track record of helping folks in need. Can you say the same?

Attacking my comprehension? I had a post in here removed for much less. You are being antagonistic Grilled. You can do better.

I have loyalty to justice. Whats your loyalty?

I have helped people my entire life. I feel no need to prove that here.

You can do better Grilled. Spend your time harvesting facts instead of attacking me.

This domain was also reported sold on NameJet on November 9, 2016....

    asz.com $22,322 NameJet

    Source: https://namebio.com/blog/daily-market-report-for-november-9th-2016/

Not sure whats going on with it, but it seems while there may be hints that the domain was hijacked back in 2007, I can't see where the current owner could be involved and there doesn't seem to be any real evidence from any previous owner that the domain was hijacked.

I personally would say this is very different than the other vvh or whatever name, because in that case, the op actually spoke with an owner that said they had been hacked.

    2007: Stolen allegation

For those who have a hard time comprehending DomainGang.com's articles. Here's a breakdown:

    (1)
There is this thing called a hyperlink. If you click on it, it will redirect you to the linked location.

If you click on faking its recovery, you will be redirected to a archived form of ASZ.com from time stamp
    21 May 2018 16:09:42 UTC.

    (2)
Various domain venues getting blocked. Various means more than one. Such as:
    NamePros.com
    Escrow.com
    Flippa.com

And according to @TexasDomainer, looks like he might have been banned from DN.com as well.

I had a car stolen once. It took several years to recover it. When I recovered it I sold it.

    Same thing happens with domains.

We need the current status, we need current evidence. Until we are current everything is speculative.

If we had more folks like you, and less folks like @Acroplex I imagine many more folks would get away with peddling stolen cars.

Not meant to be antagonistic. Simply the truth.

    imo

Sure, the DD will cost you $3700 or more (different standards, requiring different amounts of proof).

or he can share any proof that the names is clean, either DM or public.

In all fairness, you should show the proof that the domain is CURRENTLY stolen. Especially considering you are slamming the domain and him in public.

The burden of proof is on you, or the others accusing him of criminal activity, to show that the domain is CURRENTLY stolen.

In many cases, the xy person/s is not selling anything, but is rather faking the domain name sales (multiple times) until someone ends up in a can. This is nothing new and has been happening for quite some time.

Am I missing something - if the domain was originally stolen back in 2007 and subsequently was (supposedly) traded multiple times it does not change the fact that the domain is stolen property? I mean your car could of been sold multiple times before you recovered it without your knowledge......

If the original owner (2007) stepped up and provided proof of it being (and still being) stolen or has been recovered then it would make life much easier because the OP is about as much use as a tick on a monkeys testicle when it comes to transparency by the look of it.......

I have a sneaky feeling (no proof!) the OP knows he has done nothing wrong and is actually laughing behind his screen at all these posts, but without evidence it does not look good........and people will judge him until that proof is provided

Until then there is no smoke without fire.....

Agreed....So what proof do you have showing that this is the case here?

There are many possibilities here. Everything is speculation right now.

Is it not possible that the original owner recovered the domain and sold it?

Yes, we are all missing current facts.

The title of the thread has "due diligence" in it. We owe it to ourselves to do "due diligence" prior to accusations of criminal activity.. Its the right thing to do.

listen to One on One with a Hacker (shoptalkshow)
    http://audio.simplecast.fm/6391.mp3

btw for ASZ company things have been going well, later on (Q2 2008) after loosing both domains in 2007 this company eventually went out of business ( TM (ASZ) went abandoned a.w.).
