Im looking for a reseller who has the following....

Un-metered Bandwidth/space,
Must allow proxy sites,
Must be under 19.99/month!!

Any suggestions?

There is no such thing as a Un-Metered bandwidth.

You might also want to look at a VPS solution as most hosts won't be able to host you on a shared environment.

There is no such thing as a Un-Metered bandwidth.

There are unmetered connections such as 10mbps unmetered or 100mbps unmetered. They are more expensive but they are available for servers.

On the other hand there is no such thing as "unlimited" bandwidth

It doesn't depending of hosting account, but it depends if the hosting providers ALLOWS proxy sites, often they wont !

Currently how much resources your website utilises?
If you need unmetered bandwidth you should look for dedicated servers because unmetered bandwidth is possible only on dedicated servers not on shared environment.
