A little advice needed

I own a LLLLL.com (LLLLL.com is an example not the real name) It was up till recently owned by an orginization that still uses the .org. How do you approach this kind of situation when offering them the domain? Also I do not believe it to be a TM name however "LLLLL Traders Market" is TM. What would you do?

I would wait for some time (up to few months) for them to notice that they are missing one domain themselves... If they do not contact you during this period, approach them, saying that you have the name for sale and thought they might be interested...

Thanks, i stuck it on eBay but no bids yet so I think I will remove it. It gets around 7 hits a day so they are losing some traffic but not much so I dont know where to start the price negotiation on it. But will take your advice.
