Hi all,
I have a few sites for sale. I am quite new here but good rep on flippa and DP.
Site 1: Health Niche Site - hoodia-weightlossguide.com
I had major plans for this site, but I just havent got any time right now and i'm selling off a few of my sites.
This site is build on a really high quality, keyword rich, .com and most importantly an aged domain (great for Google rankings). This domain is almost 4 years old.
Domain is registered with GoDaddy until 1/8/2013!!!
Site is built using a really attractive theme and is designed to have 'understated' advertising. Copy is unique and has been written to try and engage the reader and build trust (all true). This will encourage the reader to click on the recommended products and buy.
Recommended product is Hoodia prime, you can easily get an affiliate account for this through Ultra Health Network. You are free to keep my details on the site (although I might remove the picture!).
Sitemap submitted to Google, all articles pinged and social bookmarked. Also site in signature on various forums.

Site 2: Travel Site on aged domain - atlantahotelreview.com
Premium .com, aged name expires 9/28/2010.
This is a great niche, profit use either adsense (almost $4 per click!) or one of the hotel affiliate schemes. Currently has hotelcombined.com (very simple instant signup) which pays up to 70% of revenue. Really high conversion rates - people search with a view to booking, often there and then.
* All content is completely unique.
* All usual wordpress plugins setup and sitemap submitted to Google.
* All articles have been tagged to social bookmarking/networking sites.
Great site on a great domain which I had big plans for but I just havent got time for it right now.

Just put tracking on the one of the sites and it is getting about 15 visitors p/day.
Much better than buying a start-up site that you have to spend time and money on SEO.
