Is this justified in your opinion?

Let's say I sell the domain apple.com and this same buyer owns the domain name apples.com and uses this information to justify his low bid, what do you think ?
(Of course we're talking about a domain name which is not related to a trademark)

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Don’t care what they own.
My name - my price.
Buy or Bye.

Makes the name even more valuable to them. They probably want ownership even more, owning the plural. In my opinion, that price should go UP.

Also, as @johnn said, buy or bye.

I sold one last month for $25,000.
They own the plural and bought mine because it’s single.
He started at $500 offer and we closed for $25k. 200 employees company.

Maybe that's the best reasoning they could think of lol

You have them over the barrel. Remember you own the domain they want.

Totally agree with @johnn above.
