There is no value for random CCC.net, so I think you are looking at regfee here.

Pal I would not be so sure, this is a partial list of domains in auction on bido.com

cfz.net current bid $391
bqf.net current bid $250
vnj.net current bid $200
vyh.net current bid $200

Three letters dot net will always be valuable, they are specially looked after as their potential to be acronyms. I agree they are not so valuable as dot com but a three letters dot net even if random letters is way far from being reg fee.
9em.net has the problem of a number on it but even like that it can be given good use all the way long. I think you can aspire up to low xxx do not get greedy, the domain is ok but it is not a big gun either so take any decent offer in the xxx range. Good luck.

these domains are all available to reg it. So I think you have only reg fee.
If you have some ideas or additional info you may post it to help you.

It seems the number is domain killer. I looked for some domains on the LLN.net type and they do not have similar bidders. Well another new lesson learned, productive day. XD
