I don't personally see any value, but this is just one opinion:

The '9999' isn't going to serve you well, people dont search for 99.99% often, I know i would just leave that factor out if i was.

'Fine' doesn't say 'precious metals' to me either, I see 'refinery' I guess, but unless you heavily develop it, i'd have to say worthless =]

Not a bad reg, Greenrock.
I don't recall who was first, but I think Canada was the first one to tack on that extra 9. Others have since followed suit (I think US Eagles are this way now...?)

This could be dev'd. Don't know if it's worth a whole ton as a name platform alone since the term isn't searched much, but it's very logical as a brand since the keywords do represent a real-world industry moniker.
