My site is down for a week or something and he is not answering my PM.

If no rapid handling I am forced to leave negative rating and change hosting.

What a huge mistake to sign up with this host. Like Jim, my site has been inaccessible. No response to any email sent.
Bad host. No service.

Even his own sites ultranetns.com & templaterave.com are down. :td:
I asked for a refund through paypal but looks he has emptied his paypal account so no funds can be refunded.
