should you not see if the site sells then let the new owner get the revenue for the sale of text links?

If the owner purchases before money comes through, if money comes through before the buy i will get it.

Its like google ads revenue. You wouldnt stop that while you are selling a site.

Just IMHO i think as you have the site up for sale you should wait untill you see if the site gets a new owner as you will have sold Link space in a matter of a day or few days of selling the site.
Me personall will not buy text links on a site that is cluttered with them

What if the new owner doesn't honor the text links? Wouldnt that be a waste of money? Just my 2 cents

No, they must honour the text links. Once the owner agrees to buy they must agree they will keep text links up also!

If they are not taken by the end of today then they will not be for sale anymore. Last chance people for $5 text links on a projected 10,000+ uniques a month site!
