Thanks again @aelko They answered my ticket with the same solution and it works.I received a response from them:
Thank you so much for contacting DreamHost support. I will be happy to
assist. In this case to pay for an actual service you are unable to do it
via paypal. You can check more info out on how our payment methods work
However the workaround you can do is add a positive balance to your
account with paypal and then process the payment of what you want to pay
for. Keep in mind if you have any pending balance the amount you add to
the account will go towards the payment of the due balance.
The way to do this is by going here:
click add money to your account.
and process the amount with paypal there.
