I believe 4 Letter domains will only increase in value over time vast number of new startup companies are using 4 Letter domains as their websites what are your thoughts?

Imo I generally agree about value over time. But I personally believe premium letters, pronounceable and catchy ones like strong CVCV are more in demand and likely to appreciate more

I own Tupz.com, which I was going to use for an adult site. I've gave up on porn a few years ago, so I'm not sure what to do with it - maybe it could be a site fot cattle breeders. :)

Four-letter .com names have been very good to me over the past 15 years and I'm still investing in them. I expect to see more appreciation in this sector over the next two years than in the last 15.
