Hey there,

I'm pretty new at this game so would love any input anyone has on my sites!

First up:

The Download House
I only launched TDH last night so it's very new and I am still working on it. Any tips from anyone? I read some articles that recommended that Adsense placement i've currently got, but I'm not sure about it as it looks very cluttered and yucky at the moment. Do you think it's all a bit too white?

Next:

Free Wallpapers 4 U
My oldest site. Running off a free script with hardly any modifications. What do you think? Very cluttered, I started optimizing it last night with channels and the like. Any hints?

And finally:

Free Flash Games 4 U
My free flash games website. Running off PHPArcade script. I think this is too cluttered (again!), too many links in the left menu bar. Not sure how to fix it.

Be as mean as you can be! Any help would be great. i'm even willing to offer some free webspace if you need some incentive to help me out

Things to Fix
[!] The text "Test" appears at the bottom of the page.
[!] Google Advertisements placed in awkward positions.
[!] Too much white space on the right. Center the page.
[!] Get a good banner to suit the site.
[!] You need a "Home" page link.
[!] There is too much text on the main page.
[!] You need to get a "Contact Me" page.
[!] Get some images to suit the downloading programs.
[!] Catergorise some of the programs or list them at the top of each page, so there is no need to a lot of scrolling.

Good luck with the site. It has potential to grow big and you can earn a lot from revenue. Hope my tips are helpful. Thanks for letting me review this site.

» Very nice for showing the Top 10 Most Recent Wallpapers, but I think you should move it up a little.

» The image on 007arcadegames
» Your 'Contact Page' Needs some work, You need a contact script. find one on hotscripts.com
» Do not have the link break on Login : instead make it Login: / Pass So that it will not break the space for the login section.
» The so called ' bullet ' on the Categories section, it is " ï " in my computer, you should have an image or a normal and simple bullet.

Thank you so much antman and Janine for your suggestions. I never expected such fast replies with so much detail. Not so sure what you mean about the login/pass section, but everything else sounds great!

I'm making some changes to TheDownloadHouse too, integrating a digg-like voting system, so that should make some interesting changes. i'll be implementing your suggestions soon too.

The Login/Pass is the one on the right side, it has that gap on the login box.

Hi.

Free Flash Games 4 U

First of all, the template needs a bit styling. Maybe change the font. Second, I like that you have a big games database. Third, there are too many ads I think. Make the number of ads smaller I think.

Overall Rating: 8/10
