The domain was in sale process but sadly PayPal froze the buyers payment for 24 hours to check whatever and since I pormmised sending auth-code in 5 minutes and could not do it then we cancelled the sale. But the good news: still to have !

You should have taken the $100. You're going to end up paying that in a couple months instead of receiving. And here you'll be telling us how great a domain it is while nobody really wants it, not even you. 3.ht? It's just not real exciting, especially the $1000 per decade to hold it. I don't know what you paid, but my suggestion is to unload it for any offer rather than throw more money at it. I once paid $500 for X.florist. I let it expire because I couldn't find a buyer at $75 renewal. The value of the domain is negative due to the annual cost to retain. That's why you aren't getting interest. Suck it up and move on. That's what I had to do too.

Well I do in the 1-character domain business since 2013 and my last 2 1-number sales were at 4000 Euro and 5000 USD. There is a substantial difference between ccTLD 1-char and nTLD 1-char.
The quality in 1-char ccTLD is that this are the shortest domains in the world and they are very rare since only countries can provide them.
