domain 3 ages sites...should we sell as domain or site??? - riteprice.net

My father owns these 3 sites for about 3 years ish??

They are minimal sites maybe 3-5 pages each.

He was just going to let them expire..they were built for adsense and maybe made $3-$5 month.

But since looking into domaining I am wondering if they are worth selling as a lot on flippa for the age only.

Or do you think it is better to sell as a "site" even though the site is minimal or should we take off the pages and sell as "domain", since the domain fees are lower than as a site. And I am assuming you can't sell as a "domain" and keep the pages on???

I know we can list them here, but I realize people are looking for a bargain here, so I was hoping to reach a larger audience and get a higher price hopefully on flippa...sorry guys!!:blink:

Hope that its not all the cruise one making the money

Think about just deleting the TM one

Me and him got into adsense sites years ago, he bought these 3 and didn't follow through with a "method" and just kept them, I on the other hand followed through with the "micro niche method" and bought a hand full of sites and to this day am making $30-$60 a month on them....down from $700.00 month early on, well since getting into this area I am looking into just domains which got me remembering him having some domains from back then and he kept them, so I told him what I was looking at and maybe he might want to sell his as an "aged domain" but thought he might want to sell them in a lot as each on it's own don't have any weight or even as a group don't have any weight other than "age".

I realize microniche sites are useless, which is one of the reasons I started looking at domains only. Also this is not my main source of income, really just for fun and extra money...
