Hi all, I recently bought this site of someone I know and now am in need of the money for a larger project..

The site is around 5 months old. The person who owned it only did a small series of posts and I don't think anyone has posted on it for a long time, and yet it's still getting good traffic. It's got some PR3 links last time I checked.. It's making around 30 cents a day with adsense. I'm open to all reasonable offers.. hosted with godaddy. looking for a quick sale.
