Hey guys,

I need to sell off some of my sites, so I'm offering this excellent income opportunity. I have a social networking site (www.jabberplanet.com) with almost 16,000 members.

There is a catch. I haven't been able to care for this site in months the way I should have, so traffic has slowed dramatically. It gets about 3-4 new members a day, and about 1200 returning members a month, who log in about 2-3 times a week.

In it's hayday, the site made 100$ +/- a day easily with adsense, but since has slowed down to about $200/month.

I hate to see the site doing so badly, but I just simply don't have the time to deal with it anymore. It needs a new owner, someone who has the time to bring it back to life, and someone who can put in the effort.

The site was launched in October of 2006, is listed in all the major search engines. All marketing was done, in it's day using Google and Yahoo sponsored search ads. No buy-in visitors, no emails, no nothing, only search engine traffic.

The new owner of the site will get everything, the members, the design, the programmer, etc..

I'm not trying to make a huge profit since it's not doing so well anymore, but I won't take offers less than $1000.00.

On the homepage there are fake members, e.g. it shows me "New members from Vienna, Wien, Austria" with names that are very uncommon in this part of the world...

yes the members are real, the random images on the front page are a marketing ploy as part of the design. it just pulls a random image and a random username from an array and puts your IP's geo location on it.

Is it custom coded?
I see some code issues like i.e. when you check a user profile the page turns out blank - will your coder fix it as part of the sale?
What does the admin side provide?
