ccc.info's were looking okay about a year and a half ago, people were snapping them up... but it was a false start. People are letting them drop again. All mine have dropped, even the better ones. You never know, though, the way the market jumps all over the place.
At the moment, things being as they are with these, I'd say reg fee unless it gets any traffic income.
