I have two well established, high traffic websites for sale. Must sell together since they are related.
The first website is http://TrentFan.com a website about Nine Inch Nails/ Trent Reznor
There is a members area that is not visible.
That website includes an opt-in mailing list of over 3,000 uniques. The mailing list provider is paid for several months.
The other website is a forum board which was just updated.

Forum has nearly 3,000 members including the rights and the ability to mail to them. Has lots of add-ons.

Price for both websites total is $1,800.00 USD via Western Union or USPS Money Order (via FedEx or similar) PayPal deposit is acceptable (but not for entire amount).
SInce I haven't done a thing with these websites, other than design them and redesign them and haven't figured out a great way to convert the traffic into cash, that's going to be for you to figure out.
This is a cheap price for two well established websites with legitimate traffic.
Price does NOT include hosting BUT you can do a cpanel transfer or from a tar.gz file
