I'm taking offers on my site. It is a highly competetive niche blog which was established in 05'. It has many highly valuable natural inbound links including 2 dmoz listings. The more you post (add content) the more traffic you will get and the more IBL's you will gain.
I have some-what of a business plan on how to properly monetize the site, which hasn't been implemented. The industry in which this blog plays in is VERY competetive and high-paying. Anyone who does web design or internet marketing could really capitalize on this and charge top dollar for their services... this is just one way to monetize.
If you're thinking adsense revenue, this is not the best way to monetize this particular site. The audience is way too smart for that and the CTR is extremely low. However, when a click does occur it's usually over 1 dollar per click.
I will NOT disclose the URL publicly in order to preserve the value of the domain and site. I'm sure you understand, if you don't, then this isn't the site for you.
As far as statistics go here is the last 12 months:

Anyone familiar with wordpress blogs will know these numbers are inflated due to spiders crawling the site constantly as well as people accessing the rss feeds, which are not monetized either. TLA has a feed solution for this and also using "review me" could net you $100+ per post.
Once again I will NOT be discussing details publicly in order to preserve the integrity of the site for the future owner or myself if I decide not to sell.
You will not see another site like this for sale on any forum.
