2 char .cc get lots of hits in one day

I wonder what causes this major traffic in one of my 2 char .cc.

I have this 2 char .cc that get a click per day for .02. It has been going for 4 months and all of a sudden by the end of August there were major traffic in one day.

I end up getting more than 500 hits and more than 100 clicks in one day. The total earning was around $30 in that day.

I was trying to optimized the other 2 char .CCs in other parking space but it didn't happen.

Any of you guys experience something like this?

I had the same thing happen to 1 of my generic .cc domains in 1day recently. No clicks before or after.

Maybe it's some sort of clickbot like what happened to proxy owners a couple of months ago

Well, it survived the test of time at Parked and is confirmed revenue which I'll get in my next payment

It could have been mentioned on a radio or tv program incorrectly in that time period, as those types of publicity come and go quickly. I figure that's what happened to a domain I have that earned $230 in one month at $.41 per click that had no earnings at all in the months since then. It's about the only explanation I can find for the sudden jump and sudden falloff.

It happened again yesterday cool. This time its more than $20 in revenue and with more than 800 visits.

It looks like most of the traffic are typed-in so I optimized most of my 2char .cc the same way and let see what happen within a week.

Lucky you! My 2 char .cc domains are getting traffic but no clicks, even though i believe that they're optimized correctly. Enjoy it while it lasts and use the funds to extend registration on these puppies,... :tu:
