And now final paypal payment showing - $5.82

Yep, they seem to have this ID requirement in Germany as well if you register a name with a German registrar..

Yes, that seems to be the case. A few days ago I asked them about this. But by this time I had not received an answer.

Domainers looking for cheap offers to register rubbish domains. It's better to study hard if you are a newbie and you will save a ton of money, and you won't need any of these crappy offers.
