1922.us is most likely the only one worth a decent amount at all, seeing as most businesses don't tend to work around a specific date if thats what your looking for. Even with that fact 1922.us most likely would only turn out good as a historic site.

Dates in history would go along fine with .org or .info.
.biz does not fit.
