I have three premium French domains that average $125+ per month. I'm selling all three as a group. One name averages 97 uniques daily, another averages 84 uniques per day and the last one averages around 120 uniques monthly. Each domain has solid traffic that comes from absolutely pure type-ins (there are no backlinks associated with any of the names). They have exclusively been parked at Sedo since I've owned them. They have 9 months of firm traffic and revenue data.

Here are the screenshots:

Note: I have not included the first two months in my averages on all domains because Aug. was not a full month of parking and during Sept. I mucked around with different parking services.

Traffic seems to jump on one of these names during the three months prior to the World Cup and is above average for the month of June. None of these have been developed. I have only had them parked for revenue. An Adsense mini-site or fully developed site for each name would bring in much more, I believe. I am wanting to sell them soon, so that I can use the funds for other projects and avoid domain transfer fees or renewal fees which are coming up in about a month. As of July 20th, .FR domains are no longer restricted to French citizens, so no worries about that. You will have to handle all the transfer/renewal details once I sell the names to you. I can provide the buyer with the ID/password to the accounts for all three names and then you can then change the ID, pass and contact details to your own. Two of the domains are at e-Zone.fr and one is at Register.be

These have been a great source of monthly revenue for me, but unfortunately I need to sell :( to payoff some debt and fund other projects. Minimum offer is (*edited*) $1000, which is under a year's revenue. If I don't get an offer which I think is reasonable, I won't sell. Check out my NP Trader Rating if you have any doubts about me!

Offers can be made here or via PM, but please let me know on this thread if you've sent a PM offer.

Thanks,
Brian

Thanks Johnn! I should've put that in my op, I guess. Highest offer still stands at $1400. I will give this thread about three more days to collect offers.

I think this is a great set of traffic w/ rev names for sale at a reasonable price! Get your offers in before someone else seizes the opportunity.

You know what... I've been thinking...

I've got a fair offer on these names. Why not just take it? As soon as I see the member who made the $1400 offer is back online, I'm gonna ask him if he's ready to do the deal unless I get another offer before then.

I will keep this thread open for offers until I get in contact with him. His last activity was around 8pm, so most likely the thread will close tomorrow afternoon/evening (June 30). Just wanted to keep you guys updated. Thanks for looking!

This is probably the last bump. I now have two interested parties. Get your offer in by tomorrow if you're interested!

Have a great weekend! B-)

OK, it looks like I spoke too fast...

Both parties have decided to withdraw. One was due to limited funds and the other due to worries over TM issues.

Of course, these names are open to offers again! Offers above $1000 will now be considered. That's only 8 months rev! PLEASE MAKE OFFERS ON THIS THREAD ONLY! If you PM me I will make a post that lists your offer on this thread.

Concerning the TM issue, first let me say I will personally guarantee that action will not be taken against the trademarked name (I'm sure you can figure out which one that is) by the TM holder for a full 6 months after transfer is made. If this happens within that time, we will transfer both accounts back to me and I will refund the entire amount paid for the names.

I've looked into the issue and although it is a trademark held by a Japanese company, they are notorious for letting things like this go due to the fact that so much TM infringement and piracy exists in their part of the world. The .net, .org, .biz, and .us are all owned by individuals other than the TM holder and they are ALL on parked pages! This is also true for all the major extensions for the main TM name (without the Z) except for .com which is the official site. The .info has been owned by an individual in Oregon since 2001! Some of these names are over 5-6 years old!

I don't think the TM holder cares or even knows that .FR exists and if so, they have at least 5-10 bigger fish to fry before they get to the .FR extension. I've had this name parked for over 10 months and have had no problem. I've never received any complaint from the owner of the TM or the registrar. The previous owner of the domain also stated that he had never received a complaint.

BTW, (this is important) I've checked the who-is at Afnic.fr and it seems that all three names are privacy-protected and have the registrars contact info and email listed in all fields. They have a feature when you first register a name that is called "register on your behalf" which must have been done by the previous owner. This at least takes care of the French address problem. I've never checked this before because I've never really worried about it. I really don't believe there is anything to worry about with any of these names.

Thanks,
Brian

Expiration dates are 07.20.2006 for the better names and 07.26.2006 for the other one. Renewal fees are 59.90 Euro each. It may be a wise idea to renew only the two better names unless you want to keep the other name for speculation (her career may take off, who knows!)

I'm interested but .fr is not for USA resident? There is some restriction with .fr registration? Please confirm.

I've checked the who-is at Afnic.fr and it seems that all three names are privacy-protected and have the registrars contact info listed in all who-is fields. They have a feature when you first register a name that is called "register on your behalf". Basically, according to their site, "register on your behalf" means that they put their name, address, phone, and email in the who-is but you completely retain all the typical rights to the domain. I've seen a few other registrars that do this as well. It's basically privacy-protection but it protects you from their French address restriction.

Thanks for your interest,
Bri

What is the dealy-doo? The only offer I've received is for $1100 setup as a payment-plan! What do I have to do to convince everyone that this is a good deal and/or I'm one of the most trustworthy people here on NP?

:'(

Gimme some love guys!

The cost of .fr domains to the registrar is 6.50 euros, wherever you are registering them you are getting jacked.

I didn't reg these initially. They were purchased in a bulk deal. The only reason I'm staying with the registrar they're at is because they have the "register on your behalf" thing, which is like privacy protection and a French address all rolled into one.

I appreciate the heads-up. Thanks! :)
