100k+ for Generic Premium Domain

Before messaging me, please make sure your domain falls in this category:

-1 word
-only dot com!
-Generic meaning words like pie, bike, jacket etc. No made up words
-no numbers or hyphens
-Generating $1750+ a month minimum


I have 100k to spend possibly a bit more if it's the right one. Traffic must be pure type ins. Please i don't want to waste anyones time so don't bother with long uncommon words or anything that doesn't meet the above requirements - also place title of domain in subject.

Will consider also names that aren't generating the minimum income as long as it meets above requirements.

offtop: I will save you some time. Nobody is selling one word generics like bike.com for 5 years of revenue.

You can get good generic with maybe $500/month revenue.

Such caliber $1,750+/month name would be around 200k.

Thank you shopper, I would consider 150k+ for the right domain name. It should be making over $2,000 a month in my opinion though.
