Overall this is not a bad service. He can deliver really quick! The job was done in under 2 hours and he was fast as a shark in resolving a minor issue of sending the report in a format I can open.
I got 10 blog comments one is actual PR5 one is PR4 and the others PR2-PR3. Most of the blog pages have low OBL and a few look kind of spammy. But then again it is really worth trying. Recommended!

-No way to know when or how fast they obl will increase
