I know there's a 60 day transfer lock when registering a domain but what about internal pushes to another account within the same registrar? Are these allowed across the board or does it depend on the registrar? Some registrars have auction locks such as enom but what about new hand regs?

Godaddy is the only registrar that places a 60 days lock after domain push, although there is an option you can selected which is "Opt out of 60 days lock after contacts update" but it turned out this option is sneaky and not what it sounds like.

One of my client (seller) tried to push the domain to buyer's account, and he sees the error on his almost every domains. 1/3rd of his portfolio.

Is the push process easy at register.com - instantaneous? Any wait periods to push after initial registration?
