I love researching domains, I just don't have the money to buy them. I pour through lists and use estibot and GD appraisals to filter them. Then look at affordability eg there may be a 3L org or biz available, but I can't pay 1K for it! One domain is valued at 8K on estibot and 4K on GD...

Interested to know if you are planning on, actively working on, developing any of the domain names in your portfolio at any point this year? Can be for any type of website as long as you are involved in the technical development either doing it yourself or paying someone else (not me!).
