    Hyphen in domain names

Does the hyphen "-: in domain names affect the keyword search rate? Or is there no difference between the unhyphenated name vs the hyphenated name? Also what is your opinion on them? Do they dramatically decrease the value of the domain?

discuss How about hyphenated names? Any secrets?

I was wondering if anyone is entering into the hyphenated domain name investments. I saw a name D-Banking.com which I thought was solid. What do you think here? Does the hyphen add value or decreases it in such cases? With new gTLDs all around, don't you think hyphenated names become even less...
