godaddy auction

I have a domain under sold section marked as "pending buyer purchase". Initially it was showing in USD but now it's converted in to a different currency. Is this normal ? Also the amount changes every time i check and the exchange rate is sometimes higher and sometimes lower. Is this normal ?
