These are not professional appraisals Ferman, if u want one, go pay for one. People are giving you their time by even looking at this topic, so be bloody greatfull!!!!!

I apologise to staff and everyone else, but just reading this short topic has wound me up so much, i just want to hit him!

edit: I agree with 1rrr1, its not a fantastic domain, yeah it has possibility but thats all it has, develop it and we'll see from there. Its far from a premium name.

research?

I heard this on more then one occassion "Sounds like a made up name to me" Don't take offense but did you research it? What does Overture or Google give as the numbers. May have value as a developed site but it can be junk as just a domain name for resale. Good Luck

Exactly what I wanted to say, decided not to reply instead but came back wondering if anyone posted what I wanted to.

I just showed how an appraisal have to be. I am sure you have your own criterias, but be sure i want to know what they are and how you appraised the domain i had requested. I do not have any problem about the values you have given, if you have and be sure what your criterias are. It is not a poll that you vote for low xx, mid xx, high xx etc... It is an appraisal. Means you must have criterias, you must know the industry the domain belong to, you must know what you are doing. I am not trying to judge anyone, just being useful while showing the right way

For some domains just like this one , developing is not a must
To develop it i must start a company which sells servers
This kind of domains are for right buyers, and very valuable for them, because the market of selling servers is very profitable for the owner

Thanks to all appraisers that have spent their valuable time

Regards.

You are right Ferman but not everyone will take out much time for that.
Most of the members here would quote what they will think of the name from their general perception

You are right superprogrammer. I know the general member profile of domain forums, sure every member is not a professional appraiser. As i have written i do not judge anyone. I wanted to show apprasing a domain is more serious and complex job than some people think. It is not a vote if you like the name or not. It must be objective, must have some general rules and criterias. I do not comment on if the criterias are right or wrong. I just say they have to be. How can you say ok to a happening if you do not know why it occured such way. Discussing about the domains possible value with reasons is always better than just numbers. That is what i am trying to do. Hope i am telling exactly what is in my mind.

Regards.
