domain Domain Value Help needed - toolsadvisors.com

Hi everyone.

I'm new to domain flipping and I'm having a lot of difficulty pricing my domains.
I've looked at previous sales on namebio and used domain appraisals and I'm still confused...
I don't want to charge too much so people will just pass over it but I also don't want to price them too low!!
Can someone shed light on the approximate values?

1) toolsadvisors.com -- This one was estimated at $7,450 on nameworth and $1500 on godaddy.

2) hypergamez.com -- This one was estimated $2450 on nameworth and $1142 on godaddy

3) bestbeddeals.com -- This one was estimated $1450 on nameworth and $1024 on godaddy

Also how else can I work out the value of my domains and what price to sell them for?

NB By the way I might have posted this in the wrong place but I OWN these domains

I mean they're hard to sell, and if you did get interest on any of them...don't be greedy

Alternatively, take a chance pricing them all Low XXX

oh I see...
Based on previous sales on namebio I put hypergamez.com up this morning for $2500 and toolsadvisors for $4000!!!
Do you think I should lower lower them to the hundreds?

(Sorry I'm very new and confused)

So how would you go about putting a price for a domain?

Price them at $299
Dont ever use a domain appraisal instrument to figure out the value of your name.
Use it only to convince a buyer of value, if instrument plays a price in your favour.
Appraisal for your names is reg fee ~9$
As they are misspells, tools should not be plural, 3 improper words.
Better than most noobs, so your on right track

Hi

he means, those names are only worth $9 because that is average cost to register a .com domain name

as is, nobody says "tools advisor" nor is z the correct spelling for games

the other 'bestbeddeals.com' might be the best one of the lot, simply because it could be used to sell beds/mattresses, etc

When buying domains avoid 3 words and do research before buying. You can’t just decide you like something and misspell it.

Most of the correctly spelled name extensions remain unsold is the first clue that your name has little value.

ToolsAdvisors- incorrect English with double plurals and as mentioned nobody says that

BestBedDeals is ok but not great quality. High quality example is BedDeals a two word exact match domain.

You can’t do work arounds or short cuts regarding quality. So I agree with above very little value if any to these.

Don't take automated appraisals seriously. I guess that is what you did before registering. Though the names are not good but I've seen worse from other newbies. I think you will learn fast if you put in the work. Get at it!
