Other users who have bid probably didn't realise that the domain name is actually "LNFLUENCER" in uppercase.

To prevent these kind of confusions, you should implement better user interfaces.

This is the second time I have received thousands of SAV verification codes within a few minutes.

I think this is a huge BUG, it should be a hacker trying to use brute force cracking

I am very worried about my account, there are many domains in it, and I am also worried about the leakage of my credit card information

Why is there no time limit for sending verification codes? Leave room for hackers to brute force?

Is it difficult to limit a time for sending verification codes?

If your programmers are too rubbish, set the verification code to be longer, such as 20 or 50 digits. Anyway, when we log in, copying will not feel long, at least this will avoid brute force cracking.

Hello Sav.com Team,
My domain is not working and it was changed to clientHold state 5 days ago . I haven't received any messages from Sav.com about it.
There is still one more year left until the domain expires, and there are no trademark disputes.
Please explain in detail what is the problem with my domain.
The domain name is sent by PM.

e. This issue has just been resolved. It was my mistake and it was a very simple issue.
About clientHold Sav places a clientHold status on your domain when the ICANN mandated WHOIS registrant contact verification is not completed within 15 days. This status disables your domain until the contact is verified.

Please change the verification code mechanism quickly. There are serious loopholes. I have received thousands of verification codes again. Someone must try to log in to my account. I can't even change the email address to prevent account loss.

At present, the fastest way to increase security without updating SAV2.0 is to increase the length of the verification code, not 6 digits

I recently has an issue of 2 domains getting removed from my SAV account.

I have created a ticket too

Same thing already 2 days, later it worked, maybe is related with other issue someone reply here that they get allot of 2FA SMS codes.

@karamakate - There is a lowercase "i" in the TLD and the whole domain name is lowercase so a distinction can be made but we will see what we can do to make it more clear in the future. Thanks for sharing this.

@Bailian - Please reach out to our support team at help.sav.com so we can review the logs and see what triggered them. It's possible that are from an external party trying to phish users. Either way we would like to investigate deeper.

@ZorillaBiz - We do not support bulk DNS txt records at this time but do have a Feature Request page for this where users can vote for upcoming features: https://help.sav.com/kb/en/article/changing-dns-records-for-your-domains-in-bulk

@VaibhavA it looks like this ticket has been escalated to our Advanced Support Team to take a look. They will reply back to the ticket directly.

Two Factor SMS/OTP: We did have an issue over the last 24 hours or so caused by a quota imposed by our SMS processor. This limit has been raised and SMS messages are sending properly again.

Why should someone pay $1500 for a stupid letter combination like "LNFLUENCER"

This is undoubtedly to prepare a platform to deceive customers and to provide unfair profits!

I SAV Team. I Ordered some domains transfers a couple of days ago but got canceled due to some technical issue at your end.
Then I have transferred the domains to another registrar.

Its been 10 days now and I have not received the refund for my transaction. I have requested several times in your support email.

Can you please look into this and do the needful?

@rajdomains - We would be happy to take a look. Since it sounds like the ticket is being emailed in, we are most likely just not seeing the ticket. New tickets do need to be submitted by logging into your Sav account then clicking the "Help" link in the header. We do auto-reply to emailed tickets saying that but it can be easy to miss.

SAV has restored my 2 domains back in my account.

It has never happened before in my 6 years of domaining. On top of that their customer care asking the stupidest question creating all kinds of doubts. But, it was resolved within a week.

Hope it never happens again with anyone and hope SAV continues to deliver quality service and remains a part of this great community.

Hi Sav team,

I've hand-registered a domain name yesterday but the transaction was canceled in PayPal due to your payment processor. However, the domain name was captured by your system but didn't arrive at my account. This domain is NOT an expired domain and I provided screenshots on the timing of payment and registration. The only reply I got was "This transaction was voided by our payment processor", ignoring my request to move the domain name to my cart or delete the domain name, so I can complete the purchase.

So please fix this by deleting the domain name or adding it to my cart so I can complete the purchase.

@Nick R I tried to register 4 names today (plus 2 free addons). You charged my card with $849.88 for the names, but only one of them was successfully registered. I tried again and I just can’t register the names. They are still available. But I keep receiving “unsuccessful items from your cart” message. Problem is your side again. I have created a support ticket as well. By the way this happens very, very often. You need to really fix it, because it’s extremely frustrating and also costs me money.

Very displeased with SAV recently, I was trying to liquidate some .io names to BrandBucket. During the transaction they informed me the auth codes were incorrect. I contacted customer support and they said they fixed the problem but I have tried again and I cannot transfer any of my domains out of SAV.

In the meantime some of the domains have expired and SAV is selling them at auction. I do hope SAV will attend to the matter at hand and restore my expired domains so I can conclude the transactions with BB and include an automatic way to ask for a new auth code directly at the SAV site.

Update 12/09/2021: [ISSUE RESOLVED AND THE DOMAIN HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO MY ACCOUNT]

Support says it's registered by someone else. And this is completely wrong because:

1- This name is not an expired domain.

2- I've made the purchase on the 2nd of Dec 2021 9:37:58 AM UTC and the domain was registered less than a minute later on the 2nd of Dec 2021 9:38:45 AM UTC. *Check the attachments, please.

3- Also, the domain name doesn't have a clientTransferProhibited because it wasn't moved to anyone's account. It was registered by me and was supposed to be moved to my account but due to some errors in your payment processor, the transaction wasn't completed.

*The ticket system has no number to refer to in here, but my account is under the same name as it's on NamePros.

So please delete the domain name or add it to my cart so I can complete the purchase.

I was talking exactly about .xyz. And it has been like this since Friday, so it’s more like 72 hours now. If it’s not .io - it’s .xyz. Happens far too often.
