MetaBank is much more specific to finance and banking so its very limiting and has one current end user that happens to hold a trademark.

I understand where you are coming from Kam, but I think the word "bank" is also not limited to financial services. It can be used for storage business, such as food bank, blood bank to mention a few. So depending on the the usage, he should not just flaunt it or contact the tm holder. Am not a UDRP lawyer, so I might be wrong.

You are not wrong in the least there are other banks (shoot it could be a sperm bank lolz or a blood bank are 2 that came to mind) the main point I was trying to make is when you reg or acquire names after a trademark and reported sales of the same nature in the same week it could appear to a UDRP panel as a targeted registration. We all decide whats too risky or not for us.

Does anyone feel that it would also be a good idea to get domains starting with MV? Since MV can represent metaverse and multiverse (if this thing comes after metaverse), it would make sense to hold the domains even after the Meta frenzy is over.
