Power.pro sold for 19888 usd @Afternic

No further details please. Thanks
Hello madam. First of all congrats for all your amazing sales. (y)
I would like to ask you, as I think that the most of your sales are done through Afternic, what advantage do you see in having the domain landings at Dan.com instead of poiting them directly to Afternic.com?

Valid question. may be @DAN.COM should reply.

Afternic has been doing its job by distributing our domains across their network.
It seems to me like DAN.com is following old school.(.com first .co second .io third. xyz last.)

This domain was checked and displayed via GoDaddy searchbox...
That's why not DAN, but AfternicDLS.

I haven't asked about further details about the domain sale. I asked about her overall sale strategy, about what does she see in terms of advantage, about having her domains pointing to Dan.com instead of Afternic.com.
I hope that you can "understand" now.

The worst thing one can do to their domaining journey is try pushing names to fellow domainers. You will either be low low low balled or be made to feel your names are pigeon shit. Many stories like this here. Unless it's a trend only buy names with an end user in mind.

Sorry admin, but I had to say this. You can delete.

This is a bit strange, that only 1 person is reporting all the .xyz sales and many Huge ones too. I too have comparable xyz domains but no sales yet. Maybe its just a numbers game she has 16000+ .xyz domains, some of us have only a handful(I have around 80).

It is really weird that you guys are wondering about this... Her sales are not made-up words but 1WORD dictionary terms. How is that so difficult to understand?

Some of the exp. domainers here have 1 word xyz's, I too have several 1 word xyz's all dictionary words. How difficult it is for you to understand this that I'm not talking about made up words here?

This is not correct. A is meant in another way, namely that a domain in that extension sold for that price. Leanne does not know the actual domain names that have sold for these prices.

That's right. A means 1 here. Please do not report other sales as you may not know the insights.

I reported this post as not being correct/accurate. As stated above, A is meant in another way, namely that one particular domain in that extension sold for that price. Leanne does not know the actual domain names that have sold for these prices.

I haven't asked about further details about the domain sale. I asked about her overall sale strategy, about what does she see in terms of advantage, about having her domains pointing to Dan.com instead of Afternic.com.
I hope that you can "understand" now.
Some endusers when they want to buy a domain name, they simply type it on their browser and purchase it via landing pages (at this point DAN is doing quite great with their modern and live theme and representative customer support)

From the other point majority of end users use domaining websites/registrars (godaddy, namecheap, dynadot etc) to buy domains. So if you add your domains to Afternic or Sedo, your domain name will be displayed with BIN price on their registrar network so endusers may not check the domain name on browser and directly gonna buy from the registrars.

So from my observation and experience best strategy to use DAN landers (nameservers) to be able track your visitors and welcome endusers with a brandnew sale page (you can customize it according to your taste) and leave a BIN price either at Afternic or Sedo..

Hope this helps

Best of luck.

It is normal that you dont want to disclose a domain you sold.
However- This thread is made so others get an idea about good sellable domains.
So you are supposed to post only when you can reveal.
Even if you want to hide,
You better share all the feature possible without telling the name.

Like - for MEta Payments.net
You tell
Meta+keyword(plural).net
or meta niche two word net ( with Total length)
Also Hand reg or where you bought it.(with price)
HOld Time
Sell marketplace
inbound or outbound.
Bin or make offer.

So it will maintain the quality & efficiency of the trhread.

Am I right guys?
