Will be very difficult to sell
A end user has so many options to buy if he wants to develop a "Tech" domain.

If you are thinking of it as a "Brandable" than you will need a lot of waiting.
Also you would need to put quite some efforts in marketing.
And even with all the marketing, it still has to appeal to the enduser as a good brandable name.

Techo is awesome. Add the "q", not so awesome. Little value

TechIQ would be awesome, but TechOq? No, not really. It's bad combination, means nothing and is not brandable.
