I'd send him a PM to get to the bottom of it too, why not. The trouble is those that have caught on to him acting shady he will conveniently drop the "I don't want to deal with you" line, than just getting on with it / showing some sort of credibility, like any credible person would after facing false scrutiny

Mine was a genuine offer. But no response yet. Maye he's just getting on with the task at hand and will get back to me later. I give him the benefit of the doubt.
